Bonafide for Time To Rock with a brand new song!

A hard working band! Yes, that’s an accurate description of Sweden’s Bonafide, formed back in 2006. Already two years later, they got their big breakthrough when they – just like Myrath, some years later – played a double show at Sweden Rock Festival. From one day to the next, they’ve gone from having only their own show, to replacing Sebastian Bach on the main stage. This, having only released one album and being a band for two years. The song ”Fill Your Head With Rock” was written for Sweden Rock, and was named of the the top tracks of 2011 by Classic Rock Magazine.

Since then, the band has released seven studio albums and toured all of Europe. Band leader Pontus Snibb (vocals/guitar) has a musical resumé that most could only dream about, having played in an infinite number of bands. Apart from Bonafide, currently with Wreck of Blues and as the drummer of The Wildhearts – who will also be performing at Time To Rock 2025!

Since he’s written a song for a festival once, we thought, why not do it again? So we asked Pontus Snibb to write a real banger for us. The song was to be called ”Time To Rock”. Now, the song is out and the band is heading for Time To Rock Festival – where the song will obviously be performed on stage. Sweet!
